SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Hidden Court of Heka is a small-batch, handcrafted perfumery. Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
During launches, holidays, travel periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. Any known delays will be announced on our website whenever possible. Made-to-order or customized items may have different processing times stated on their product pages.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.
Qualifying U.S. orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping. The order must meet the qualifying amount after discounts are applied.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Hidden Court of Heka.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hiddencourtofheka@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur beyond our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at hiddencourtofheka@gmail.com, and we will assist you with reviewing the tracking information and any available carrier claim process.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier office, and any secure delivery areas before contacting us.
International Orders
International shipping is considered on a case-by-case basis and is not currently available through standard website checkout.
To request international shipping, contact hiddencourtofheka@gmail.com before placing your order. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the destination, carrier availability, product restrictions, and shipping cost.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country. Hidden Court of Heka is not responsible for customs delays or packages refused because applicable fees were not paid.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact hiddencourtofheka@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
