What is the Hidden Court of Heka?
The Hidden Court of Heka is an independent Florida fragrance house creating mythic perfume oils and ritual objects inspired by ancient Egypt, memory, transformation, and the sacred power carried within the self. Each fragrance is a Key—an invitation to enter one of the Court’s Chambers and discover what answers.
What are your perfume oils made from?
Our perfume oils are composed of carefully selected essential oils, absolutes, resins, botanical materials, and aroma molecules in a base of golden jojoba oil. Every formula is created intentionally to balance beauty, performance, atmosphere, and safe use on the skin.
Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?
Both. We use natural materials where their depth and complexity serve the composition, and carefully chosen aroma molecules where they provide stability, diffusion, safety, or effects unavailable from nature alone. Every material has a purpose.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Hidden Court of Heka products are not tested on animals. Our liquid perfume oils contain no intentionally added animal-derived ingredients. Some solid perfumes may contain beeswax, so please consult the individual product listing if a completely vegan formulation is important to you.
Are your fragrances safe around pets?
Our fragrances and ritual products are created for human use only. Do not apply them to animals or allow pets to ingest them. Keep bottles, incense, sprays, and other scented products out of their reach. Because animals and species have different sensitivities, consult your veterinarian if you have concerns about using fragranced products in your home.
How long do the perfume oils last?
Longevity varies according to the fragrance, application, skin chemistry, climate, and activity. Most of our perfume oils remain noticeable for approximately four to six hours, and some linger considerably longer. Reapplication can deepen the ritual and renew the scent throughout the day.
How do I apply perfume oil?
Apply gently to pulse points such as the wrists, throat, behind the ears, or over the heart. Avoid rubbing the wrists together, as this can disturb the fragrance’s development. Allow the oil to settle into the skin and unfold in its own time.
What sizes are available?
Sizes and formats vary by fragrance. Available options are shown on each product page and may include sample, travel, full-size, or solid perfume formats. Discovery sets are also available for seekers who wish to explore several Keys before choosing a larger bottle.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Discovery sets and selected sample options are available through the online store. Availability may change as fragrances enter or return to the Vault.
How quickly will my order ship?
Every order is prepared and packed by hand. The current processing time is displayed on the website and may change during launches, event travel, holidays, or periods of high order volume. Tracking information will be emailed when your order departs the Court.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Fragrance restrictions, customs requirements, taxes, and import laws vary by destination. Please contact the Keeper before placing an international order so we can determine whether shipment is possible.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Because fragrance is a personal-use product, sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and your order information. We will review the matter and make it right.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Photograph the shipping package, packing materials, damaged item, and shipping label. Email the photographs and your order number to hiddencourtofheka@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Hidden Court of Heka welcomes partnerships with independent boutiques, apothecaries, metaphysical shops, fragrance retailers, gift stores, and other thoughtfully curated businesses.
Qualified retailers may request our wholesale line sheet, information about case quantities and testers, or guidance in selecting fragrances for their customers. Availability may vary because our perfumes and ritual goods are handcrafted in small batches.

Ritual Use of Your Perfume
A Hidden Court fragrance may be worn as adornment, intention, or personal rite. Before applying it, pause. Breathe. Name what you wish to reclaim, remember, or become.
Apply the perfume to your pulse points and allow the scent to mark the threshold between where you have been and where you are going. If applying perfume oil to fabric, jewelry, altar cloths, or ritual objects, test a small concealed area first because oils may stain or alter some materials.
You walk your own path. The Court merely offers the Keys.
